How does it work?

Always at your own pace

Once you have completed the form and sent your message, I will promptly reach out to schedule a free introductory call. This call will allow us to discuss your needs and plan your first assessment session. The initial session will last either 50 minutes for individual therapy or 70 minutes for couple therapy, ensuring ample time to explore your concerns.

The fees for this session are £60 for individuals and £75 for couples. During our time together, we will have the opportunity to get to know one another and assess whether we can form a positive and supportive working relationship. This session is also a chance to discuss how I can best support you moving forward.

We will also explore the potential duration of your therapy journey, which could be open-ended or consist of a set of 12 weekly appointments, depending on your specific needs.

If, within the first four sessions, you feel that therapy isn't meeting your expectations, you are free to discontinue without the requirement for additional closing sessions. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities, and I want to ensure that you feel confident in the path we take together

Couples Therapy

Couple therapy is a specialized form of counseling designed to help partners navigate challenges and strengthen their relationship. Whether you're dealing with communication issues, conflicts, trust concerns, or simply want to deepen your connection, couple therapy provides a safe, neutral space to explore these dynamics.

In couple therapy, both partners have the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings, with the guidance of a trained therapist who facilitates open and constructive dialogue. The goal is to identify and address underlying issues, improve communication, and develop healthier patterns of interaction.

This process not only helps resolve specific problems but also fosters greater understanding and empathy between partners. Whether you're facing a significant crisis or simply want to enhance your relationship, couple therapy can offer valuable tools and insights to support a more fulfilling and harmonious partnership.

Transactional Analysis and individual Therapy

Founded by Eric Berne in the late 1950s, TA therapy is based on the theory that each person has three ego-states: Parent, Adult and Child. These are used along with other key transactional analysis concepts, tools and models to analyse how individuals communicate and to identify what interaction is needed for a better outcome.

Throughout therapy, I will work with you on problem-solving behaviours, whilst helping  to develop day-to-day tools for finding constructive, creative solutions. The ultimate goal is to ensure you regain absolute autonomy over your life.

Eric Berne defines this autonomy as the recovery of three vital human capacities -

 Spontaneity, Awareness and Intimacy.
